WHAT IS IF Café IPPA?

IF Café IPPA – the International Prague Pastry Academy – is an international pastry academy set up in premises covering an area of 550 m² in the Rosetta Palace in Jungmannova ulice right in the centre of Prague.

The Pastry Academy is divided up into 3 parts:

• Presentation hall to seat an audience of 45 people
• Comprehensive pastry-making workshop, with practical courses available for 8 people
• Hall for children aged 7-15, who can learn in a fun way
